My goal is to provide a reliable, evidence-based source that is easy to read, digest, and understand. Along the way, I hope to dispel myths, spark conversation, and most importantly, empower you: to take control of your own pelvic health, support a loved one, or join me in breaking down taboos around these topics.
Even today, pelvic health isn’t talked about enough. Many people, even the most confident, feel uncomfortable discussing bladders, bowels, or sexual health. This silence can leave people feeling isolated, prevent timely reporting of symptoms, and delay treatment for conditions ranging from incontinence and prolapse to bowel cancer or inflammatory bowel disease.
