Hannah Jones, Pelvic Health Physio

BSc (HONS) Physiotherapy, MSc Advanced Clinical Practice, CSP, HCPC

Hannah graduated with BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, at University of Liverpool in 2014. She specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in 2018, after gaining a breadth of experience across all the core areas of physiotherapy.

Hannah works as a senior specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist within the NHS, in both primary and secondary care clinics, assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

She has developed a special interest in spinal conditions and pelvic pain, making her the ideal practitioner to see for pelvic girdle pain and/or back pain related to pregnancy/birth. Hannah is able to utilise her specialist musculoskeletal knowledge to help alleviate pain and improve mobility for patients struggling with various MSK issues both antenatally and postnatally.

Hannah first developed an interest in women's health physiotherapy as a student following a placement at Liverpool Women's Hospital and then was fortunate to work alongside Becky as a newly qualified junior physiotherapist in the NHS, learning skills in the treatment of PGP which have developed through the course of her career.

She says, "I pride myself on being an excellent listener, always going the extra mile to support my patients in achieving their goals, and ensuring treatment plans are individually tailored and made jointly."

Hannah has a strong commitment to both professional and service development and seek out regular learning and CPD to keep skills up to date. Including recently being awarded her MSc degree in Advanced Clinical Practice from the University of Liverpool.

Outside of work her interests include travel, photography, exploring the outdoors, practising yoga...and anything involving four-legged friends!
